Payment
All orders are C.O.D., payable by Certified Cheque, VISA and AMEX, or
cash, unless a prior arrangements and credit
application has been submitted and approved. A 50% deposit is required for
orders over $100.
Orders may not be charged to a third party without prior approval.
ALL HOUR SIGNS must be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days of
receiving the invoice. A statement of account is
issued each month for verification purposes only.
Prices and Tax Exemption
All prices listed are net and do not include taxes. A valid tax
exemption certificate must be provided, as applicable. All prices
and information in this guide are subject to change without notice. Please
contact us to confirm prices, scheduling, or
availability of services.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are F.O.B. our shop location. Shipment of all orders remains
the responsibility of the customer. All Hour Signs can
assist in arranging shipment of orders via courier but cannot assume any
responsibility or liability for delays and/or safe
delivery in the shipped orders, especially rush jobs. All charges, including
handling fees, are payable as invoiced.
Liability
In the event of loss or damage, however caused, ALL HOUR SIGNS’
liability is limited to the original cost, or replacement with
a similar amount of materials. Dyes and inks used in colour printing and
material may change or fade due to age, storage or
environmental conditions, therefore ALL HOUR SIGNS does not guarantee against
any such colour changes or occurrences.
Copyright
ALL HOUR SIGNS does not assume any liability for copyright infringement
for materials submitted for printing, copying,
manipulation, or other handling. Customers, in submitting such materials,
accept all responsibilities for obtaining proper
permission from the rightful copyright owner, and agrees to indemnify ALL HOUR
SIGNS for all costs and expenses, including
but not limited to lawyers’ fees or judgements, resulting from any claim or
lawsuit against ALL HOUR SIGNS for copyright
violation.
Service Schedule
All delivery times quoted are estimated working times only and do not
include weekends or holidays. Every effort will be made
to maintain this schedule or meet specific deadlines. Unusual or extenuating
circumstances may result in delays. Please
consult with your ALL HOUR SIGNS’ representative for delivery schedules when
submitting your order.
Rush and Overtime Service
Rush service is available at additional charges due to the increase in
special set-up, material wastage and production
rescheduling reasons. Please confirm schedule and charges when ordering.
Quality expectation is commensurate with the
time allowed for completion of rush orders. After-hours production may be
arranged on an hourly charge basis. A minimum
charge applies.
Reworks
Samples must be provided for colour or density matching where specific
quality requirements need to be met. While every
effort is made to ensure colour and density match, ALL HOUR SIGNS can not
accept responsibility for the cost of reworks.
